Frontenac Outfitters Spring Paddlefest "Free Course Voucher" Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Eligibility:

  • Open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada only.

  • Employees of Frontenac Outfitters, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible.

2. Sweepstakes Period:

  • The Sweepstakes begins on May 2nd at 8:00 AM and ends on May 4th at midnight (local time).

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter, participants must scan the QR code displayed at Frontenac Outfitters' Spring Paddlefest, complete the entry form on the Frontenac Outfitters website. Submission of the form will automatically subscribe participants to Frontenac Outfitters’ mailing list.

  • Participants already subscribed to the mailing list may also enter, but must complete and submit the entry form.

  • No purchase or payment is necessary to participate.

4. Prize:

  • One winner will receive a voucher redeemable for one free "Intro to Sea Kayaking" course at Frontenac Outfitters.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

  • The prize voucher must be redeemed during the 2025 paddling season, subject to course availability.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The random drawing will take place within 72 hours after the conclusion of Frontenac Outfitters' Spring Paddlefest on May 4th.

  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within 7 days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours of being contacted, a new winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

6. General Conditions:

  • By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Frontenac Outfitters, which are final and binding in all respects.

  • Frontenac Outfitters reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time, without prior notice, if circumstances beyond its control arise.

  • All federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • Frontenac Outfitters is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, human error, or other issues arising during the entry process.

  • Participants release and hold harmless Frontenac Outfitters, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their employees from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

8. Privacy:

  • By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Frontenac Outfitters for administering the Sweepstakes.

  • Personal information will be handled by Frontenac Outfitters’ Privacy Policy.

9. Miscellaneous:

  • The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  • This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
