1. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada only.
Employees of Frontenac Outfitters, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible.
2. Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on March 30th at 8:00 AM and ends on March 30th at midnight (local time).
3. How to Enter:
To enter, customers must scan the QR code displayed at CANCAST and complete and submit the form on the website, which will sign them up for Frontenac Outfitters’ mailing list.
Customers already subscribed to the mailing list are also eligible to enter.
No purchase or payment is necessary to participate.
4. Prize:
One winner will receive a $150 Frontenac Outfitters gift card.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The random drawing will occur within 72 hours after CANCAST concludes on March 30th.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry within 7 days after CANCAST concludes on March 30th.
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within a reasonable period, a new winner may be selected at the sole discretion of Frontenac Outfitters.
6. General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Frontenac Outfitters, which are final and binding in all respects.
Frontenac Outfitters reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time, without prior notice, if circumstances beyond its control arise.
All federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.
7. Limitation of Liability:
Frontenac Outfitters is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, human error, or any other issues that may arise during the entry process.
Participants release and hold harmless Frontenac Outfitters and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their employees from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
8. Privacy:
By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Frontenac Outfitters for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Frontenac Outfitters’ Privacy Policy.
9. Miscellaneous:
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
