Sticker Draw Fundraiser Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The Sticker Draw Fundraiser ("Fundraiser") is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Frontenac Outfitters, Paddler Co-op, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The Fundraiser begins on May 6th 2024 and ends on May 18th, 2024. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must purchase a sticker for $25 USD or CAD from Frontenac Outfitters. Each sticker purchase constitutes one entry into the drawing. There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
4. Prize: The prize consists of a Jackson Whitewater kayak of the winner's choice, subject to availability. The winner may select from available models: Flow, Rockstar V, Antix 2.0, or Gnarvana. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Frontenac Outfitters on May 18th, at Palmer River Fest. Attendance to the festival is not required to win, but is encouraged. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of entries purchased.
6. Notification: The winner will be notified via email within seven days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of the notification, a new winner may be selected. The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.
7. Publicity: By entering the Fundraiser, participants agree to allow Frontenac Outfitters and Paddler Co-op to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
8. Release of Liability: By participating in the Fundraiser, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Frontenac Outfitters, Paddler Co-op, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Fundraiser or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
9. Prize Return Option: If the winner decides the prize isn't suitable, Frontenac Outfitters will repurchase it for 70% of its value.
10. Prize Delivery: The winner can pick up their kayak choice from Frontenac Outfitters, or shipping arrangements can be made separately. Frontenac Outfitters will not be responsible for covering shipping costs.
11. General Conditions: Frontenac Outfitters reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Fundraiser if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity of the Fundraiser, as determined by Frontenac Outfitters in its sole discretion.
12. Winner's List: To obtain a copy of the winner's name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Frontenac Outfitters, 6674 Bedford Rd, Sydenham, ON K0H 2T0, within 30 days after the end of the Entry Period.
13. Sponsor: The Fundraiser is sponsored by Frontenac Outfitters, 6674 Bedford Rd, Sydenham, ON K0H 2T0, and Kalob Grady.

By participating in the Sticker Draw Fundraiser, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Frontenac Outfitters, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Fundraiser.
