Headwind Yoga is ideal for all levels of yogis and serves as a regular reminder for people that they have the freedom to be themselves.
Each session takes place on the calm waters of a stunning, secluded lake, providing a serene backdrop for your practice. The gentle sway of the paddleboard beneath you enhances balance and mindfulness, creating a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. Join us for an unforgettable journey that combines the best of yoga and the outdoors!

SUP Board and necessary equipment provided.
SUP Yoga sessions are taught on our calm, semi-private lake.
Things To Bring:
- Sunglasses and glasses float (can be purchased on-site)
- Sunscreen and lip balm (waterproof)
- Proper water clothing, bathing suit, swim shorts, quick-dry top, etc. (whatever you feel most comfortable wearing)
- Water shoes (not required)
- Lots of water
- A complete change of clothes and towel
What Is Provided:
- Level Six Cruising SUP
- PFD
- SUP Paddle Board Leash
- Whistle
- Throw Bag
Classes are held on a beautiful, calm lake.
Where?
Frontenac Outfitters
On the day of the course, you'll meet us at Frontenac Outfitters.
From there, we'll take a 5 minute walk down to the lake where we host our classes.
