SUP YOGA BY HEADWIND YOGA

Introducing Headwind Yoga. Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga is a fun way to get outdoors, slow down, and find your freedom of expression. SUP Yoga is for people of all experience levels. Weekly classes are hosted by Kiley during the summer months and classes are limited to 6 spots, so be sure to book your class in advance!


CLASS SCHEDULE

 Wednesdays – 6:30 PM-7:45 PM – $45 plus tax

Saturdays – 9:30 AM - 11:00 PM (plus one extra hour of SUP time) – $55 plus tax

 

*Max 6 spots per class

 

 

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

  • Level Six Cruising SUP
  • PFD
  • SUP Paddle Board Leash
  • Whistle
  • Throw Bag
 

THINGS TO BRING:

  • Sunglasses and glasses float (can be purchased on-site)
  • Sunscreen and lip balm (waterproof)
  • Proper water clothing, bathing suit, swim shorts, quick-dry top, etc… (whatever you feel most comfortable wearing)
  • Water shoes (not required)
  • Lots of water
  • A complete change of clothes and towel
